Ingevity Corp. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Ingevity Corp. and Ingevity South Carolina have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain multi-stage fuel vapor canister systems and activated carbon components infringe on U.S. Patent No. RE38,844. They are requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
