USITC Receives Complaint Alleging Patent Infringement by Certain Cartridges for Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems and Components Thereof

Juul Labs, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on four of its patents related to electronic nicotine delivery systems. The complaint seeks an investigation and the issuance of exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
