USPTO Provides Guidance on Reissue and Reexamination Options for Patent Owners During AIA Trial Proceedings

The USPTO has issued a notice outlining the current practice regarding reissue and reexamination options for patent owners to amend claims before and after the PTAB issues a final written decision in an AIA trial proceeding, following comments and questions received in response to a previous notice requesting comments on proposed modifications to MTA practice and procedures.
