USPTO to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Trademark Fee Schedule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will hold a public hearing to discuss its proposed changes to trademark fees, as required by the America Invents Act (AIA). The hearing will be held to gather public input on the proposed fee schedule, which will be made available on the USPTO website before the hearing.
