USPTO Proposes Removal of Regulations on Presidential Proclamations and Patent Correspondence

The USPTO is proposing to remove regulations governing requests for Presidential Proclamations under the Semiconductor Chip Protection Act of 1984 and revise rules of practice in patent cases to eliminate handwritten signatures on correspondence related to registration and discipline.
