USPTO Delays Electronic Filing of Trademark Applications
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has delayed the effective date of its rule mandating electronic filing of trademark applications and submissions until February 15, 2020, following a series of corrections to the original July 31, 2019, final rule.
