National Labor Relations Board Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Construction Industry Collective-Bargaining Relationships

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has extended the comment period for its proposed rulemaking on blocking charges, voluntary recognition bars, and Section 9(a) recognition in the construction industry until November 9, 2019, following a public request for an additional 30-day extension.
