The National Labor Relations Board has finalized a rule to enhance representation-case procedures, allowing more time for compliance with pre-election requirements, clarifying procedures for resolving unit scope and voter eligibility issues, and making other changes to balance expeditious processing with fair and accurate resolution of representation questions.
