Exemptions from ERISA and IRS Rules Proposed by Multiple Companies

The Department of Labor has issued notices of proposed exemptions from ERISA and IRS rules for several companies, including Wasatch Advisors, Inc. and the Retirement Plan for Employees of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, in relation to certain prohibited transactions.
