FCC Announces OMB Approval of Information Collection Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the Commission's information collection requirements for three years, following the adoption of these requirements in the FCC's Report and Order (FCC 16-119). This approval is consistent with the Commission's plan to publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the OMB approval and the effective date of the rules.
