FCC Proposes to End Public-Utility Regulation of Internet, Return to Bipartisan Framework

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that aims to dismantle its current public-utility regulation of the Internet, seeking to restore the free and open Internet that existed prior to the 2015 Title II Order, and invites public comment on the proposal.
