Expedited Comment Period Established for FirstNet State Opt-Out Review

The Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has issued a public notice to allow public comment on two ex parte filings submitted by the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) regarding a state opt-out request from the FirstNet Radio Access Network.
