FCC Corrects Final Rule on Jurisdictional Separations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is revising a rule that froze jurisdictional separations, which was published in the Federal Register on June 2, 2017, and will refer the matter to the Federal-State Joint Board for further consideration.
