FCC Seeks Comments on New Rural Call Completion Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Second FNPRM) to gather public comment on proposed rules for rural call completion, as well as potential changes to existing data recording and reporting requirements.
