FCC Adopts Four-Year Rate Plan for Video Relay Services Program, Updates Rules for VRS Providers

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a four-year rate plan to compensate video relay service providers, allowing for server-based routing and point-to-point calls, while also authorizing research and development funding and eliminating a neutral video communications service platform rule.
