Commission Approves OMB Approval for Non-Profit Fundraising Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the Commission's Noncommercial Educational Station Fundraising for Third-Party Non-Profit Organizations Report and Order's third-party fundraising rules for a period of three years.
