FCC Announces OMB Approval for FirstNet State Opt-Out Review Procedures

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review state opt-out requests from the FirstNet radio access network for the next six months, as outlined in the FCC's procedures and rules governing the state opt-out process, which was established under the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
