FCC to Consider Rule Change Allowing Law Enforcement Access to Blocked Caller ID Information

The Federal Communications Commission is set to discuss a proposal that would enable law enforcement and security personnel to quickly access blocked Caller ID information to investigate threatening calls, as well as allow non-emergency services to obtain this information for private ambulance companies.
