FCC Receives OMB Approval for Changes to Ownership Report for Noncommercial Broadcast Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has obtained approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to update its information collection requirements for FCC Form 323-E, which tracks ownership of noncommercial broadcast stations, following a non-substantive change request. The updated form will display a valid OMB control number, requiring respondents to submit the information unless it is exempt.
