Federal Communications Commission Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection for Emergency Review and Approval

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is requesting public comment on an information collection process as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The public is invited to provide feedback on the proposed collection of information, which includes assessing its necessity, accuracy, and utility, as well as suggestions for minimizing its burden on small businesses.
