FCC Receives OMB Approval for Main Studio Rule Elimination

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a non-substantive change request to eliminate the main studio rule, which will be published in the Federal Register with an effective date to be determined.
