FDA Extends Comment Period for Draft Guidance on Least Burdensome Provisions

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its draft guidance on 'The Least Burdensome Provisions: Concept and Principles' to allow industry and FDA staff more time to submit comments, following a request for an extension.
