FDA Releases Guidance on Foreign Supplier Verification Program for Grain Importers

The FDA has announced the availability of a guidance document aimed at explaining its enforcement discretion for importers of grain raw agricultural commodities that do not physically handle the grain, but instead arrange for its storage or further processing.
