FDA Publishes New Draft Guidance on Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a new draft chapter of its guidance on hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls for human food, titled 'Chapter 15--Supply-Chain Program for Human Food Products,' as part of its ongoing efforts to clarify compliance requirements under the Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food rule.
