FDA Classifies Lynch Syndrome Test Systems into Class II with Special Controls

The FDA has determined that classifying Lynch syndrome test systems into Class II with special controls will provide a reasonable assurance of safety and effectiveness, while also reducing regulatory burdens and enhancing patients' access to innovative devices.
