Commodity Futures Trading Commission Consolidates Privacy Act System of Records Notices

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is consolidating and revising several system of records notices under the Privacy Act of 1974 to reflect more integrated business processes and applications, and to be more descriptive of its contents and enhancements.
