FDA Announces Fee Rates for 2019 Reinspections Under FSMA

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced fee rates for domestic and foreign facility reinspections, recall failures, and importer reinspections for fiscal year 2019, which are tied to the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The fees, effective October 1, 2018, will remain in place through September 30, 2019.
