FDA Announces Prescription Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2019

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the rates for prescription drug user fees for fiscal year 2019, as mandated by the Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017, and as authorized by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
