FDA Announces Revised Draft Memorandum of Understanding for Compounded Drug Products

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a revised draft standard memorandum of understanding (MOU) that outlines the responsibilities of states in investigating and responding to complaints related to compounded drug products, following the withdrawal of an earlier draft standard MOU issued in February 2015.
