FDA Amends Vitamin D3 Food Additive Regulation

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating the regulation for vitamin D3, replacing the current Reference Daily Intake (RDI) percentage values with absolute values, in response to a petition from the Juice Products Association.
