Bonamar Corp. Files Petition with FDA to Amend Food Additive Regulations

Bonamar Corp. has submitted a petition to the FDA, requesting that the agency update its regulations to allow for the safe use of ionizing radiation to control food-borne pathogens in finfish and flatfish.
