CBP Authorizes ACE as Sole EDI System for FDA-Related Electronic Entries

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced that the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) will be the sole authorized electronic data interchange (EDI) system for processing certain electronic entry and entry summary filings related to FDA-regulated merchandise, effective immediately.
