Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River for Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to protect people, property, and infrastructure from potential damage and hazards during a fireworks display, and prohibits entry of vessels or persons without authorization from the Captain of the Port.
