Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for Annual Cross-Channel Swim on Columbia River

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a safety zone on the Columbia River in Hood River, Oregon, to protect participants and spectators during the annual Roy Webster Cross-Channel Swim, and invites public comments on the proposed rulemaking.
