Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Certain Intermodal Containers

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a final determination stating that twenty-foot long intermodal containers are of Korean origin for U.S. government procurement purposes, following a review of the facts presented.
