FEMA Submits Information Collection Form for OMB Review and Clearance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting public comment on its annual application form for the Individual & Community Preparedness Division's (ICPD) Youth Preparedness Council (YPC), which is subject to review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
