Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulation for Tri-City Water Follies Spring Testing

The Coast Guard is imposing a temporary restriction on vessels and persons entering the Columbia River near Columbia Park to ensure safety during the Tri-City Water Follies Spring Testing event, which is scheduled to take place in late April.
