Coast Guard Updates Annual and Recurring Safety Zones Along Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is updating its safety zones along the Upper Mississippi River, restricting vessel traffic in certain areas and seeking public comments on additional changes, as part of its efforts to enhance maritime safety in the region.
