Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Ohio River Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone in the Ohio River, from mile 42.5 to 43.0, to protect personnel, vessels, and the environment from potential hazards created by a land-based fireworks display, and invites public comments on the proposed rulemaking.
