Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Charleston Independence Celebration Fireworks

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone along the Kanawha River in Charleston, West Virginia, on July 3, 2016, to ensure public safety during the City of Charleston Independence Celebration Fireworks display, which is regulated by the Recurring Marine Events policy in the Captain of the Port Ohio Valley Zone.
