Commodity Futures Trading Commission Issues Final Order on Southwest Power Pool, Inc. Application

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a final order in response to an application from Southwest Power Pool, Inc. to exempt specified transactions from certain provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission regulations, and is also amending an existing order issued on March 28, 2013.
