U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Conduct National Customs Automation Program Test for Electronic Filing of Protests in ACE

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test to assess new functionalities for electronic filing and processing of protests in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The test, known as the ACE Protest Test, will allow participants to submit additional arguments and supporting information electronically.
