Coast Guard Extends Public Comment Period for Commercial Fishing Vessels Rulemaking

The US Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for the proposed rulemaking on commercial fishing vessels for 90 days, in response to a public request, as part of the implementation of 2010 and 2012 legislation.
