FEMA Publishes Final Directive and Instruction for Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation

FEMA has made available its final Directive 108-1 and Instruction 108-1-1, which provide supplemental guidance for Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security's NEPA implementation plan.
