Coast Guard Enforces Special Local Regulations During San Diego Bayfair

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce special rules for boaters in Mission Bay, California, during the San Diego Bayfair boat racing event from September 16 to September 18, 2016, to ensure public safety. These rules prohibit anchoring, blocking, or impeding in the designated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or his representative.
