FEMA Issues Notice of Data Availability for Proposed Rule on Floodplain Management and Wetlands Regulations

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is releasing a draft report on the benefits of freeboard for public and nonresidential buildings in coastal areas, seeking public comment on proposed updates to floodplain management and wetlands regulations aimed at implementing Executive Order 13690 and the Federal Flood Risk Management Standard.
