Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Columbia River Operations

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a 500-yard radius safety zone near the small boat 'Nessy' and Sand Island, Chinook, WA, to support the removal of Double-Crested Cormorants, a joint operation between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services.
