Public Comment Period Announced for DHS Form I-881 Information Collection Extension

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are seeking public comments on a proposed extension of a currently approved information collection, Form I-881, or a new collection, for up to 60 days. The proposed extension is in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
