FEMA Removes Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement from NFIP Regulations

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is removing the Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement and Financial Control Plan from the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations, as it is no longer necessary to retain a contract or agreement between FEMA and private insurance companies.
