TSA Requests Public Comment on Extension of Sensitive Security Information Threat Assessments ICR

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking public comment on an extension of a current Information Collection Request (ICR) related to sensitive security information (SSI) assessments, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR describes the process of determining whether individuals or companies seeking access to SSI in a court proceeding or for proposal purposes should be granted access.
